Ways to relieve stress:
- Begin a journal.
- Eat healthily and regularly.
- Get plenty of rest.
- Stay active, read a book, go for a walk.
- Treat yourself to a massage or facial.
- Avoid the use of alcohol and drugs.
- Listen to music that is calming.
Find spiritual comfort by praying, reading encouraging Scriptures, and by talking with a friend, pastor or spiritual advisor.
