Faith Conversation: Meaningful Worship
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.” —2 Peter 3:18.
- What forms of worship are most meaningful to you?
- How has your worship changed as your knowledge of Christ and your sense of God’s grace have increased?
- What can we do to make our worship time together more authentic?
The season of Easter can be a wonderful time to explore ways to make worshiping with your spouse more meaningful for both of you. You could encourage each other with Scripture, reading your favorite verses aloud and reminding each other of the hope found in God’s Word. You might explore worship through serving together in your local — or even global — community. The two of you might delve into a book related to faith. Or you may want to spend time in nature, expressing how certain aspects of creation are meaningful to you. Even small steps like these can help you to worship more intimately as a couple.
