Diane Ingolia, manages Focus on the Family's Guest Relations Department. Her husband, Roger Ingolia, is a managing supervisor of Focus on the Family's custodial staff. The Ingolias met at a bible study in college and have been married for 37 years. For 35 of those years, they have worked together as pre-marital, marriage and parenting coaches. The couple has two grown children and four grandchildren.

She hosts The Boundless Show, a national radio program and weekly podcast, where she leads discussions on timely issues and interviews authors, artists and other newsmakers. Lisa is the author of The Dating Manifesto: A Drama-Free Plan for Pursuing Marriage With Purpose. She grew up in San Jose, California, is a graduate of Trinity International University in Chicago, and worked in media relations for much of her career before joining Boundless.
