Cultural Issues at the U.S. Supreme Court

Social Issues More Information On: Religious Freedom

The U.S. Supreme Court will soon hear two pivotal court cases, which could have profound impacts on the sanctity of life, as well as our religious freedoms.

Starting in early March 2016, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear two pivotal court cases, which could have profound impacts on the sanctity of life, as well as our religious freedoms. The following content and videos are designed to give you a brief synopsis of each case, how they may impact you and your religious freedoms, and what you can do as a citizen.

Speculation abounds as to what the final outcomes of each of these cases will be, as well as who will fill the iconic and conservative “shoes” of Associate Justice Antonin Scalia, who passed away suddenly on Feb. 13, 2016. While his loss impacts the decision-making process now, it will be his replacement that will impact the future of the Supreme Court for decades to come.
