Greg & Erin Smalley

Erin Smalley serves as a spokesperson and content creator for Focus on the Family’s marriage ministry. Erin holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, and maintains a counseling practice, specializing in working with married couples. She is the author of six books.
Dr. Greg Smalley serves as the vice president of Marriage at Focus on the Family. Greg earned his doctorate in clinical psychology at Biola University and a counseling degree from Denver Seminary. He is the author of 20 books. Greg’s dream is to someday drive a Ford F150 Raptor!
After overcoming struggles early in their own marriage, Erin and Greg knew they wanted to be hands-on in helping other couples. Together they have led marriage seminars around the world.
Married since 1992, Greg and Erin live in Colorado with their four children.
Bob & Jenni Paul
Bob and Jenni Paul have lived an amazing love story in their marriage of over 40 years. Through many initial years of dramatic ups and downs, the Lord miraculously helped them transform their marriage into one they now both love.
Jenni is an accomplished artist and has a master’s degree in lntercultural Ministries from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. She is also passionate about sharing her marriage story to help couples enjoy more of God’s intended blessings for their marriage.
Bob serves as the Vice President of the Focus on the Family Marriage Institute and is the primary architect of the highly successful Hope Restored Marriage Intensive programs. He has a master’s degree from Georgia State University and an honorary doctorate from Psychological Studies Institute. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has helped train hundreds of marriage therapists. He has authored four books including 9 Lies That Will Destroy Your Marriage.
