Parents learn Five Foundational Rhythms of the Christian Home — practical habits that nurture spiritual and relational health. Bring Built for Resilience to your organization, church, school or co-op to help families thrive in Christ!

Built for Resilience helps families grow spiritually and relationally, both individually and in community. Rooted in Scripture and shaped by nearly two decades of international use, the curriculum adds biblical teaching to proven parenting principles to equip families for lasting change. Through the Five Foundational Rhythms of the Christian Home, parents learn practical ways to strengthen spiritual, mental, emotional, and relational health. What sets this curriculum apart is that it:
  • Is research-backed and evidence-based
  • Is designed for dialogue and discussion
  • Strengthens community among participating families
  • Balances big-picture vision with practical application
  • Acknowledges challenges while equipping families for growth
Parents can expect meaningful growth in several areas as they move through the course, including:
  • Greater self-awareness and insight as parents
  • Stronger community and support with other families
  • Practical tools and resources to use at home
  • Healthier, stronger relationships with their children
  • Children are better equipped to navigate life’s challenges
  • In some cases, parents also report improved motivation at school

Built for Resilience is best suited for churches and organizations that want to strengthen parents and serve as an outreach tool to the broader community through a small-group setting. It offers an affordable way to equip families and support lasting, transformational change. For a cost of $199.99, you’ll receive lifetime digital access to the Built for Resilience curriculum, so you can revisit the content and reuse it with new groups anytime.

Yes. Built for Resilience works well in homeschool co-ops or parent groups. It’s designed to equip a leader to guide simple, discussion-based parenting sessions using short videos and practical activities. It can be used as a weekly or short-term group experience, helping parents build community while gaining tools to support their child’s faith, relationships, and character development.

Built for Resilience is intentionally designed to be experienced in community, not just individually. Its train-the-trainer format creates space for conversation, encouragement, and shared learning. As parents work through challenges and celebrate progress together, they build trust, strengthen relationships, and benefit from the kind of support that often leads to lasting growth.

The experience is designed to be flexible and practical, with a manageable time commitment that fits into real family life. Parents should plan to:
  • Attend group sessions (typically 1.5 hours weekly)
  • Watch short teaching videos
  • Participate in guided discussions and activities
  • Apply what they’re learning at home
Leaders do not need specialized credentials to facilitate the course, but they should have the time, commitment, and care needed to guide a group well. Facilitators play an important role in leading exercises and conversations that support meaningful growth. The key facilitator responsibilities include communication, commitment, care, conscientiousness, celebration, consideration, and connection.
A successful launch starts with a committed facilitator who has time to invest in leading the course. Built for Resilience runs for 13 weeks with 1.5-hour class sessions, and facilitators should plan for about 30 minutes of prep before each session to review key points, coaching tips, and gather supplies for games and illustrations. The kit includes talking points and digital materials to support both course delivery and promotion.
