Built for Resilience is a Christ-centered curriculum that equips parents to raise resilient, emotionally healthy children. Grounded in both biblical principles and the Search Institute’s 40 Developmental Assets, this curriculum trains facilitators to build relationships and help parents fortify their families while strengthening the character, decision-making, and faith of their kids.
Parents learn Five Foundational Rhythms of the Christian Home — practical habits that nurture spiritual and relational health. Bring Built for Resilience to your organization, church, school or co-op to help families thrive in Christ!

Testimonials
Built for Resilience gave our family a place to start. We realized we could not do parenting in the same ways previous generations had if we wanted to achieve trust and love with our children. We soon modeled speaking to each other in kinder ways, listening instead of reacting, hearing our kids out before shutting them down and not dominating to achieve obedience. We now have the tools to slow down and prioritize God’s word and prayer around a whole new way of parenting.

Now I respond slower to my kids, giving them more opportunity to speak and open up. Also, I am slower to provide answers which opens the door to building stronger relationships.
RT – Dad of Young Kids
My husband and I absolutely loved this class! It draws you into discussions and creates a warm, supportive atmosphere that made it easy to develop relationships and open up about our real lives as parents. One thing in particular was cultivating good relationships with your neighbors. We went from barely knowing ours to having 3 different families coming over every day this summer.
