Introducing Activities for
Holy Week
Celebrate the Christmas season and prepare your hearts together. Each week of Advent, you and your family are invited to explore a theme — Hope, Peace, Joy, or Love — offered to us through God’s love born in the manger.
For a fun activity with the who family, make a set of 8 Resurrection Eggs to match the days of Holy Week described in this devotional. Shop for and assemble the eggs together. Then, hide one each day and, when it’sfound, place the egg and it’s contents in a bowl or basket. Throughout the week, watch the goodness of God’s promises grow!
(NOTE: Make sure the items you gather will fit in an Easter egg. The charm or miniatures aisle of a craft store is a great place to find them. You can also draw pictures of hard-to-find items or sculpt them out of air-dry clay.)
