Hear Monique Duson speak about:
Racial tension in this country feels higher than ever. We know racism is a sin, but race relations are complex to navigate. Knowing how to respond can be confusing – but God wants us to be the light, especially with difficult issues. That’s why it’s vital to know what the Bible says about racism, and how we should respond as believers.
Learn how to do that with this Lighthouse Voices talk, Christianity and Race: The Family of God in a Divided Age.
Monique Duson, President of the Center for Biblical Unity, has spent two decades advocating for the idea of “racial reconciliation.” In this talk, she shares her journey from the “racial reconciliation” model and how the Gospel offers hope for racial unity that the world can’t. She will help you fight for the unity that Jesus secured on the cross.

Watson, an NFL tight end for the New Orleans Saints and an influential commentator on social media, draws from his own life, his family legacy, and his role as a husband and father to examine both sides of the race debate. Ultimately, it is our faith in God that will bring us closer to healing.
About the Speaker
Monique Duson, President of the Center for Biblical Unity, spent two decades advocating for the idea of “racial reconciliation.” But she saw very little fruit. And after the rise of Black Lives Matter, the divide between the races seemed worse than ever. Monique shares her journey from the “racial reconciliation” model and how the Gospel offers a better hope for racial unity than anything the world could ever give. Based on Ephesians 1-3, she will give a deep dive into God’s plan for keeping the unity that Jesus secured on the cross. How can Christian brothers and sisters cross cultural divides and love each other according to the Father’s rules?
