4 cups young dandelion leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
sea salt to taste
minced garlic to taste
grated parmesan cheese
dandelion buds and flowers
1. Pick young dandelion leaves, buds and flowers from an area that has not received pesticides or road exhaust fumes.
2. Wash carefully, pat dry and place in salad bowl.
3. Whisk together the oil, honey and spices. Drizzle over the greens and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Add flowers and strawberries.
