elastic cord
scissors
2 long, skinny balloons (the kind used for balloon animals)
Go
1. Cut a 7-inch piece of elastic.
2. Cut each balloon into four pieces. Remember to cut off the tips and ends of the balloons!
3. String balloons onto the elastic, as if you were stringing beads.
4. After all eight pieces of the balloon are on the elastic, tie the ends of the elastic together. Pull one piece of balloon to cover the knot.
