Mango Lassi

A traditional Indian summer drink

Gather

1 cup mango puree
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup cold milk
sugar, to taste
chopped mango
chopped pistachios or almonds

Go

1. Pour mango puree, yogurt and milk into a blender. Blend until frothy.
2. Add sugar until sweetened to your taste. Blend again.
3. Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped mango and nuts.
