Healthy Start Smoothie

Gather

1 cup kale
1 banana
1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup orange juice

Go

1. Chop kale and peel banana.
2. Put ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or orange juice.
4. Serve immediately! You can top with whipped cream for extra calcium.
