Hole-in-Waffle

Gather

2 eggs
sausage patty
waffle
salt and pepper
maple syrup
blueberry juice

Go

1. Scramble eggs and fry the sausage.
2. Cut a hole in a homemade or reheated waffle.
3. When the sausage is browned, put it over the hole in the waffle.
4. Spoon scrambled eggs on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Place the waffle “hole” on top of the eggs.
6. Pour maple syrup over the stack. I even pour on a little blueberry juice. It’s delicious!
