Homemade Thin Mints

Gather

2 cups chocolate chips
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons peppermint extract
40 Ritz crackers

Go

1. Pour chocolate chips and oil into a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Keep cooking, 30 seconds at a time, until chocolate melts completely.
3. Stir peppermint into melted chocolate.
4. Carefully dip crackers into chocolate. Place on waxed paper-lined pan.
5. Chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes and enjoy.
