Where’s the hub of your family life? For my family, it’s the kitchen. Someone is always hungry! We often find ourselves gathering there before heading out for a busy day … or recounting what happened at the end of the day.
It’s the same for Sarajane. That’s why her testimony really stood out to me. Through the faithfulness of friends like you, God met Sarajane in the kitchen with encouragement and wisdom.
In her early years as a busy wife and mom, Sarajane remembers, “Whenever I was in the kitchen — which was often with two growing boys and a husband to feed — I kept the radio tuned to a Christian station. Adventures in Odyssey would often come on. Sometimes the boys were with me, but even when they weren’t, I enjoyed listening to the Odyssey adventures and gaining from Mr. Whittaker’s wisdom.”

- Go to https://donor.anedot.com/support to create or access your Donor Account in Anedot.
- Enter the email address you used when making your donation.
- An authentication code will be sent to that email address.
- Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@anedot.com.
- Copy the authentication code and enter it on the login page.
- Once the code is submitted, you’ll be taken to your Donor Account dashboard, where you can
view and manage your giving through Anedot.
How do I view recurring gifts?
- From the main menu, select Recurring Gifts.
- Review your recurring gift records. Each record includes the following information:
- Next expected withdrawal date
- Organization receiving the gift
- Recurring schedule
- Gift status
- Gift amount
- Select a recurring gift record to view its details or manage the gift.
How do I edit a recurring gift?
- From the main menu, select Recurring Gifts.
- Select the recurring gift you want to update.
- Click Update Commitment.
- Update the gift amount or billing address as needed.
- Click Update Commitment to save your change
How do I update my payment methods?
- From the main menu, select Recurring Gifts.
- Select the active recurring gift you want to update.
- Scroll to the Payment Method section.
- Click Replace Payment Method.
- Enter your new card or bank account information.
- Confirm that the billing ZIP code matches the ZIP code on file with your bank.
- Click Save Payment Method.
How do I cancel a recurring gift?
- From the main menu, select Recurring Gifts.
- Select the recurring gift you want to cancel.
- Scroll to the bottom of the recurring gift details page.
- Click Cancel Recurring Gift.
- Click Yes, Cancel Recurring Gift to confirm.
How do I reactivate a recurring gift?
- From the main menu, select Recurring Gifts.
- Select the recurring gift you want to reactivate.
- Scroll to the bottom of the recurring gift record.
- Click Reactivate Recurring Gift.
- Click Yes, reactivate recurring gift to confirm.
How do I update my Focus on the Family account?
Visit https://account.focusonthefamily.com/ to view or manage the following account information:
- Manage your magazine subscriptions
- See your Focus Store purchase history
- See product transactions
- Get help with technical difficulties regarding your account and access to your information
- Submit a prayer request
- Download giving tax statements for any prior year

What if I don’t want to login to Anedot?
If you would prefer not to login to Anedot, you can always call Focus on the Family directly during regular business hours, 8am – 5pm MST at 888-862-6767 or email Friends@FocusOnTheFamily.com anytime. We can update most of your account information on your behalf.
What if I never received a password reset email?
You can email help@anedot.com directly for password support. Focus on the Family is unable to resend the password reset email, but we can update your account for you.
What is Anedot?
Anedot is a trusted third party that processes credit/debit card, EFT/ACH and Paypal donations and manages our donation platform, which includes hosting our giving pages and sending out transaction related emails.
Why don’t all my donations appear in Anedot?
Currently, Anedot only records transactions processed through their platform. Donations made via check or Bill Pay will not appear in Anedot. If you need a receipt or tax statement for donation that does not appear in Anedot you can contact Focus on the Family directly at 888-862-6767 or Friends@FocusOnTheFamily.com.
