How It Works
Remember what Emily wrote: A good detective sees the big picture.
Reread the story in Clubhouse magazine, looking for seven code words hidden inside the mystery. The number on the gift tag tells you which column (1-4, numbered left-to-right) to check.
After you locate the column, the left number inside the box points to the correct paragraph. (Skip to the first new paragraph at the top of the column.)
Finally, the right number inside the box tells you which word to read.

You can use this cipher to send secret messages to your friends, as long as you both have the same story!
