Go
1. Insert the tip of the funnel into the balloon. Fill with sugar, salt or sand. Tie the balloon closed.
2. Glue on googly eyes, pom pom and yarn to make eyes, nose and hair.
3. Draw on eyebrows and a mouth using marker.
4. Cut out feet from construction paper and glue to the base.
