Peanut Noodles

Gather

8 ounces rice noodles (or spaghetti)
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
green onion, sliced

Go

1. Boil noodles according to directions on package.
2. In a second pot, warm broth and peanut butter together.
3. Once the peanut butter melts, stir in soy sauce, lime juice and red pepper.
4. Stir cooked noodles into the sauce.
5. Top with green onion and serve.
