1 English cucumber (or 2 smaller cucumbers)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon white vinegar
bacon bits (optional)


1. Cut cucumber into thin slices.
2. Mix soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl.
3. Toss cucumbers in dressing until coated.
4. Arrange cucumbers on a plate and top with bacon bits.
