Summer Smoothies

Gather

1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
3 ice cubes

Your Favorite Fruit Combination
1 apple, cored
1 banana
pinch of cinnamon

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon strawberry jam

1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon honey

Go

1. Peel apple and banana, if using. Cut fruit into chunks.
2. Put milk, yogurt, ice, fruit and flavoring in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve and enjoy!
