1 box lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 large egg
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan.
2. Combine cake mix, butter and egg to form a crumb crust. Gently press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, lemon juice and zest. Spread over the crust in a smooth layer.
4. Bake for 23 to 27 minutes. Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.
