Gather
1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate milk powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
For glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons chocolate milk
Go
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar. Stir in chocolate milk powder, vanilla and eggs until smooth.
3. In a second bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
4. Gradually stir flour mixture into the wet ingredients.
5. Drop dough by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Flatten cookies with the back of a spoon.
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on cookie sheets, then move to a wire rack and cool completely.
8. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and chocolate milk. Drizzle glaze over cooled cookies.
