Power-Packed Pasta

Gather

1 pound cooked ziti
1/4 stick pepperoni, sliced
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 green pepper, diced
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled and cubed
16 cherry tomatoes, cut into fourths
red onion (optional)
olive oil and vinegar

Go

1. Ask a parent to help you chop the ingredients.
2. Mix everything together in a large bowl. Season with oil and vinegar to taste.
3. Chill, covered in the refrigerator.
4. Serve with warm breadsticks for a power-packed meal.
