The Lead Hospitality Assistant position exists to oversee the hospitality staff, which consists of housekeeping and kitchen while ensuring team members are properly trained to serve couples, groups, events, etc. during their time at an intensive or getaway.

The Host/Hostess position exists to provide hospitality for all guests at Focus on the Family Marriage Centers, ensuring each guest is welcomed and staff can appropriately respond to any needs or concerns that a guest may have.
