COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – On Thursday, May 6, 2021 Focus on the Family’s The Daily Citizen will release a new documentary film, Ronald Reagan: Man of Faith, a story of faith, family and a divine plan that brought a president and a pope together to end the Cold War.

The documentary will be available to view at www.thedailycitizen.org/reagan on Thursday, May 6, 2021 @ 8pm ET.

Forty years ago, two assassins’ bullets threatened to derail the cause of freedom and liberty. President Reagan and Pope John Paul II, however, survived and recognized they were both spared for a divine purpose – to bring an end to atheistic communism in Eastern Europe.

Through never-before-seen interviews with some of the people that knew Reagan best – including Ed Meese and Michael Reagan, with additional commentary from Gov. Scott Walker, Ronald Reagan: Man of Faith provides a unique look at our former president’s beliefs and the transatlantic friendship that brought down the Berlin Wall.

To schedule an interview with the film’s host, Michael McGonigle, or to request advance screening access, please contact Kirsten Hochstetler at kirsten.hochstetler@fotf.org.
