Having formerly worked as a carpenter and as an assistant manager at a home improvement store, Aaron LeCave now owns his own company, LeCave Construction, based in St. Louis, Mo. LeCave holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from St. Louis University and has been extensively involved in charitable work. He and his wife, Sarah, have been married since 2002 and have three young children.
