Becky and her daughter Rachel co-host a blog and have co-authored two books, We Laugh, We Cry, We Cook and Nourished: A Search for Health, Happiness and a Full Night’s Sleep. Becky and her husband, Greg, reside in Colorado and have six grown children and five grandchildren.
