Cathy Boutilier is currently employed as a Social Caseworker, she enjoys working with her foster and kinship parents.
Cathy and her husband Paul, will celebrate their 39th wedding anniversary this year. They were foster parents for twenty years with private and public agencies.
She is an Ordained Minister and leads her women’s Bible study group at her local church. Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, decorating, sewing, and hosting special tea parties for her grandchildren.
