Claudia Fletcher and her husband, Bart are adoptive parents of twelve adult
children, born between 1986 and 1994 and are grandparents of eleven. Their
personal journey has created a passion ensuring that children do not enter
adulthood without a meaningful relationship which prevents cycles of child
trauma from continuing.
Claudia began serving as a child welfare professional in 2000 with a focus on
adoption and foster care. She provides training on the national, state and local
level to foster/adoptive parents and foster/adoptive professionals related to
adoption and parenting adopted children. Claudia has also authored several
books that nobody buys that are taking up space in her home.
Claudia began serving as the Chief Program Officer at Patrick Henry Family Services in 2016 after relocating to Virginia from Minnesota.
