Dave Williams is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Responder Life, an organization dedicated to supporting the families of first responders. Formerly, Williams served as the Assistant Chief of Police for the Portland Police Bureau and as an adjunct criminal justice professor for the University of Portland. He and his wife, Lois, have been married for 40 years and reside in Happy Valley, Ore.
