Diane Ingolia, manages Focus on the Family’s Guest Relations Department. Her husband, Roger Ingolia, is a managing supervisor of Focus on the Family’s custodial staff. The Ingolias met at a bible study in college and have been married for 37 years. For 35 of those years, they have worked together as pre-marital, marriage and parenting coaches. The couple has two grown children and four grandchildren.
