Heather Powell has worked in Child Welfare for 15 years. She has served in many roles during that time. Her current role is the Independent Living Program Manager. In this role she oversees the Chafee workers who support youth transitioning out of the foster care system. She has a passion for working with young people and is honored to serve them in this capacity.
