Jim Ramos is the founder of Men in the Arena, a ministry dedicated to motivating and equipping men to be intentional and pro-active as leaders in their family, church, and community. He hosts the Men in the Arena Podcast which is a top-ranked Spotify podcast for Christian men. Jim is also a public speaker and the author of several books including the best-selling Dialed In: Reaching Your Full Capacity as a Man of God. Jim and his wife, Shanna, have been married since 1992 and have three grown sons.
