Joe Pellegrino is a men’s pastor, author, speaker, certified Maxwell Leadership trainer, consultant and entrepreneur. He is the founder of Legacy Minded Men, whose mission is to “Transform lives by engaging, equipping and encouraging men to build a Christ centered legacy.” He is also the president of Not Just an Average Joe, LLC, which provides coaching and consulting to individuals and businesses. He and his wife of 37 years, Bethanne, have three children and two grandchildren and reside in Vero Beach, Florida
