She is the founder of an online ministry for moms called Thrive Moms and co-host of Asking for a Friend, a weekly podcast that helps women navigate challenging topics about themselves, the church, and the world. Kara-Kae has authored a book titled Mom Up: Thriving With Grace in the Chaos of Motherhood and Together, a journal that helps moms and their kids build relationship.
