Kneeland Brown is the executive director of Focus on the Family’s Leadership Institute, a one-semester, biblically-based study program for college students. Prior to working for Focus, Kneeland served as an associate professor in the School of Business and Management at his alumnus – Azusa Pacific University – where he also developed curriclum and assisted with research and assessment projects. Kneeland and his wife, Tearrah, married in 2004 and have two children.
