As a longtime colon cancer survivor and patient advocate, Lynn has provided encouragement to tens of thousands of cancer patients and their caregivers around the world. The Cancer Prayer Support Group she founded in 1991 is believed to be the country’s oldest such faith-based group. Lynn worked as a patient advocate in her oncologist’s office for nearly two decades.
