Nina Hendee and her husband, Edd, own and operate the nationally-acclaimed restaurant Taste of Texas which is located in Houston. The establishment has been ranked as one of the top 100 restaurants in the United States and has won numerous awards for its delicious food and exceptional service. A native Texan, Nina is passionate about her state and its rich history, and shares that love through public speaking and teaching. She especially enjoys teaching children, and hosts tours and lunches at her restaurant for about 13,000 grade schoolers every year. Nina and Edd enjoy traveling and cycling, and have four grown children and 12 grandchildren.
