Rich Griffith

Rich has been teaching at Toccoa Falls College since 2016. Rich is the associate professor of Youth and Multi-generational Ministry and teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has a Masters in Theology, a Masters in Organizational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Youth, Family and Culture. He has been featured in numerous regional and national conferences, camps, podcasts, radio shows and webinars. He is the Author of “Voices: Helping Our Children and Youth Listen to Wise Counsel” (2023) and “Discipleship Is Leadership (2024) and a new book being released in January 2026 entitled, “Reimaging Church As Family” which defined Family Ministry theologically, beyond age and stage. He is also a part-time pastor. His most important role is that of a dad to three adopted sons.
