Rita Bergen’s various occupations include homemaker, teacher, and author. Her recent book, Tommy’s Wired and Mommy’s Tired: Help for Moms of High-Energy Kids, offers perspective and hope for mothers, especially moms of hyperactive children. A graduate of the University of Kansas, Rita used her degree to homeschool their children and later to facilitate college workshops for neurodivergent students.
