Robert Barnes is the president of Sheridan House Family Ministries, a residential teen treatment program and family counseling center located near Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Barnes, who holds a doctorate in counseling, is a conference speaker and the host of a daily radio program, blog and podcast called Parenting Today. He is the best-selling author of 10 books including Single Parenting and Great Sexpectations. Barnes and his wife, Rosemary, have two grown children.
