Ben Sasse is a historian, two-time college president, and the former U.S. senator from Nebraska, setting the all-time record for most votes in his state. As a historian, he holds a PhD from Yale and has won awards for his work, including the Egleston and Theron Rockwell Field best dissertation prizes. Ben is also a New York Times national bestselling author of two books: The Vanishing American Adult and Them: Why We Hate Each Other – And How to Heal. He and his wife, Melissa, have two college-aged daughters and a teenage son.
