If you are receiving duplicate mailings of the newsletter or a periodical, please call our phone staff to ensure the best possible communication for your situation. It will further help us if you have the labels from all of your duplicate mailings ready as a reference when you call. On a related note, we’d also like to remind you that because our magazine labels are printed in advance, it is possible that it may take several weeks for the postal mail change to be fully implemented. Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you are not receiving your regular Focus mailings at your new address after two months’ time.
