frequently asked questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is an 80 percent chance that your question has already been answered and you can read it immediately!
If you don’t find your answer: You can also
email us your question” (comments are welcome, too!) and receive a reply from the Focus staff. Our goal is to respond to your question or comment within three to four business days. If you don’t hear from us in that amount of time, it could be for one of the reasons detailed
