When you contact us, it would be very helpful if you could have the following information available:
— The type of computer you are using (PC or Mac)
— The operating system on your computer (Vista, XP, Leopard, etc)
— The version of the browser you are using when experiencing issues (Internet Explorer 8 or 9, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
— Do you use a separate program, such as Thunderbird, Eudora, or Outlook to access your e-mail?
