I'm having trouble making an online donation from one of your websites; can you help me?

We’re sorry to learn that you’ve experienced difficulty using our online donation page and hope that the following suggestions will help you.

Credit Cards

If the credit card you are using does not work on our site, please use a second card. Also, please check the card for a valid expiration date (one later than today’s date). If you’ve successfully used your card to donate on our site in the past, please contact Focus by phone and allow a representative to assist you. Our number is 1-800-A-FAMILY (1-800-232-6459).

Double Entry

If you used the “back” button on your browser after hitting the “submit” button (in order to stop the process or to change some information) and then attempted to resubmit the donation, it is possible that your donation has been sent to us twice. If this is the case, please call us at 1-800-A-FAMILY (1-800-232-6459).

Browser Version

Sometimes users have not updated their Internet browser, and this can cause problems with the display of information or with functionality on the site. A browser is the software you are using to access the Internet (Chrome, Firefox, etc.). If our website is telling your your browser is not supported, you may need to upgrade your browser or use a different one. To find out what browser version you have, click on the “Help” menu at the very top of your screen, and select the “About…” option.
