You can discontinue one of the duplicate monthly mailings by calling 800-232-6459 and speaking with one of our phone representatives.
Unfortunately, finding the reason why you’re receiving multiple issues is sometimes more complicated than it would seem.¬†When you call, if possible, please have the labels from the multiple issues in front of you.
Finally, if you received a duplicate or additional item as the result of a one-time resource request, please feel free to share the extra material with a friend. It is more cost effective for you to keep the item than to send it back to us.
