Focus on the Family is all about family. It is about nurturing and defending families. Accordingly, our motto, adopted in March 2008, is “Helping Families Thrive.”
This motto reflects our desire to nurture families through helpful
advice and
resources in areas such as
parenting,
marriage,
faith and
life challenges, while at the same time
defending the family by working to preserve the institution of traditional marriage,
protect the lives of preborn babies, combat the anti-family forces in
pop culture and the government, and other important issues.
Because God has opened up doors for us across the globe and blessed us with amazing opportunities to address family concerns that transcend cultural and geographical boundaries, our outreach efforts have truly become worldwide in scope.
