Ray Johnston is the founding pastor of Bayside Church near Sacramento, Calif., a church that has grown to become one of the largest in the nation, with more than 11,000 attendees every weekend. He is also the founder of Thriving Churches International and Thrive Communications, and serves on the board of directors at Azusa Pacific University. Pastor Johnston, and his wife, Carol, are the proud parents of four children.
