Dave WilliamsDave Williams is Founder and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Responder Life, an organization dedicated to supporting the families of first responders. Formerly, Williams served as the Assistant Chief of Police for the Portland Police Bureau and as an adjunct criminal justice professor for the University of Portland. He and his wife, Lois, have been married for 40 years and reside in Happy Valley, Ore.

Chris GreenChris Green is the president of Responder Life. Green served for more than a decade in the emergency services with several police and fire agencies, and he has also worked as an administrator for two medical centers. He and his wife, Kristy, have four children and reside in Sandy, Ore.

Clarke CaytonClarke Cayton is the vice president of the eastern U.S. division of Responder Life. Cayton served for more than a decade in the emergency services as an emergency medical technician, chaplain and crisis management specialist. He and his wife, Carissa, reside in his hometown of Carthage, Mo.

Jim DalyJim Daly is President and Chief Executive Officer of Focus on the Family, a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing and defending families worldwide. Daly has held several leadership positions for Focus, and has been predominantly involved in the ministry's Public Affairs, Marketing and International efforts.
